Fave — brand, content & paid media
A colorful consumer-brand campaign connecting brand storytelling, search intent, creator content and the retailer purchase journey.
Brand storytelling, communications strategy, paid-search copy, audience planning and conversion journey design. · Ashley Kays

01 / The context
The problem to work through.
A shopper can like a bright product image without understanding what the product is, how to use it or where to buy it. The campaign must resolve those questions before asking for a sale.
02 / The contribution
What went into the work.
- Keep the fun: Lead with flavor, color and a recognizable everyday moment. Give people a reason to want the drink before asking them to study its ingredients.
- Make the choice understandable: Explain the organic ingredient story in plain language and provide a readable ingredient panel. Treat “clean swap” as a creative platform, not a scientific or nutritional certification.
- Close the shopping gap: Use a clear flavor choice and named retailer buttons. Preserve campaign attribution through the handoff so retailer interest and verified purchases remain separate measures.
- Four responsive search ad sets, audience planning and a proposed media test.
