WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

Decisions you can see.
Deliverables you can use.

Demonstration examples below show the structure of the work. They are not client results, promises of uplift, or a completed audit of your store.

Your audit: a three-priority action plan

Illustrative scenario: a mobile product page has unclear variant labels and hard-to-find delivery information. Your audit records what we observe in your store and analytics.

Sample review structure - priorities change with your evidence.
PriorityProposed improvementHow to assess it
1 / Help shoppers chooseClarify variant labels and show the selected option.Observe whether customers can choose correctly without help.
2 / Answer the purchase questionPlace accurate delivery and returns information near the buying decision.Review completed orders and delivery-related support questions.
3 / Make the next decision measurableVerify product-view, add-to-cart and purchase events.Check event accuracy and establish a baseline before judging a change.

Your written findings include annotated evidence, proposed changes, and a measurement plan. Implementation is separate.

01 · A 90-day product roadmap
Days 1–30

Establish the baseline

Reconcile purchase events with orders. Review the mobile journey and customer questions. Choose the first opportunity.

Output: baseline, ranked backlog, measurement plan.
Days 31–60

Deliver the priority improvement

Design and implement the agreed change. QA the buying path, check instrumentation, and launch with a rollback plan.

Output: released improvement, QA record, ownership.
Days 61–90

Learn and choose the next move

Review results and limitations. Continue, revise, or stop. Prioritize the next conversion or retention opportunity.

Output: learning report and next-quarter priorities.
02 · An annotated product-page review

Example question: Can a mobile shopper choose the right option without guessing?

  1. Product promise: clarify who it is for and the benefit before supporting detail.
  2. Variant selection: make size, availability, and selection feedback clear.
  3. Purchase confidence: surface accurate shipping and returns information near the decision.
  4. Proof: show relevant, authentic reviews and answer recurring customer questions.

Each finding includes observed evidence, an annotated screenshot, a proposed change, an owner, and a way to assess it.

Primary measure

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Who is this for?

Shopify brands with existing sales, a clear customer, and a buying journey or retention problem to improve. It is especially useful when an owner or marketing lead needs senior product direction and help coordinating delivery.

Can we start with a smaller fix?

Yes. The $997 Shopify Growth Fix adapts our existing Growth Fix: diagnose one priority problem, work through one agreed improvement live, and leave with a measurement plan. It is not a full redesign or a custom development sprint.

Do you work with our existing developer or agency?

Yes. Ashley can own product direction, requirements, prioritization, and delivery reviews while your team implements. If you need production support, we agree on the people, deliverables, and cost separately before work begins.

Do we need Shopify Plus?

Many theme, product-page, cart, analytics, and lifecycle improvements do not require Plus. Some checkout customizations do: app extensions on information, shipping, and payment steps are limited to Shopify Plus. We check your plan and existing apps before proposing checkout changes.

Will you run A/B tests?

When traffic, purchase volume, and measurement quality support a useful test. We define the hypothesis, primary metric, guardrails, sample requirements, and decision rule first. Lower-volume stores can begin with customer research, usability testing, and measured improvements without overstating causality.

What results will we measure?

Measures depend on the problem: conversion, revenue per visitor, average order value, repeat purchase, or workflow effort. We also check margin, discounts, refunds, and returns where relevant. We agree on baselines and data limitations; a revenue increase is not guaranteed.

Does an inquiry book or charge me for anything?

No. Send your store brief or book a free 15-minute fit call. We confirm fit, access, deliverables, timing, and price before any payment or project commitment.
