AGENT TO OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION & TEAM ENABLEMENT

Give your agents
a clear job.
Get useful work done.

Turn a recurring responsibility into an AI workflow your team can understand, review and improve. We help you choose the right tools, build a focused pilot and keep people responsible for the decisions that matter.

Led by Ashley Kays · One agreed outcome · Practical testing and handoff

A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

Choose a workflow
you can judge.

Begin with a task that happens often enough to matter and produces something someone can inspect. These are example pilot scopes, adapted to your tools and context.

Prepare for a client conversation

Collect approved account notes and public sources, create a cited briefing, and flag unanswered questions.

Human checkpoint

An account owner checks the evidence and decides what to say.

Turn research into a usable brief

Organize interviews, campaign notes or product evidence into a draft with sources and clear assumptions.

Human checkpoint

A specialist checks the interpretation, claims and recommendations.

Keep a recurring report moving

Gather agreed inputs, summarize changes and prepare a decision brief with missing data clearly marked.

Human checkpoint

The responsible person approves any communication or system change.

FROM GOAL TO WORKING PROCESS

Map it.
Build it.
Prove it helps.

A useful pilot shows what inputs it needs, which decisions belong to people and what happens when something is missing or goes wrong.

For more advanced work, we can scope specialist subagents, model routing and orchestration. Complexity must earn its place through better results or less total effort.

01

Define the outcomeMap the current process, intended user, useful deliverable, baseline effort and acceptance criteria. Decide whether a simple automation or an agent fits the task.

02

Choose tools and accessCompare your approved agent products and models. Identify the context, data, plugins or MCP connections the workflow needs, with explicit permissions.

03

Build a bounded pilotConfigure or build one agreed workflow. Define its steps, human checkpoints, failure handling and spending limits. Use sample or approved data first.

04

Test and hand overCheck representative cases, document results and revisions, and give the owner an operating guide, review checklist and agreed support plan.

WHAT YOUR TEAM KEEPS

A workflow
someone can own.

The proposal sets the exact scope. A focused engagement can include these operating materials alongside the agreed implementation.

The work map

Goal, context, source data, tools, permissions, human checkpoints, output format and a definition of done.

The evidence

Representative test cases, observed failures, acceptance results and a comparison of setup, execution, review and correction effort.

The handoff

Reusable instructions, an owner, operating steps, usage limits, exception handling and an agreed follow-up or maintenance scope.

Software subscriptions, API usage, paid services and additional integrations are separate unless included in the proposal. Results are evaluated against the agreed pilot scope.

THE LEARNING HOME / AI TEACHERS

Agent to Outcome.
Learn it by doing it.

Start with a free 45-minute tutorial. The paid public workshop is designed as two two-hour working labs: map and run a workflow, then test, improve and document it.

  1. TutorialFinish a small task using sample inputs and a human review step.
  2. Tool guideCompare agent categories, current options and suitable tasks.
  3. PlannerSpecify the goal, context, access, checkpoints and evidence.
  4. KitKeep the templates, test cases and operating checklist.

Before we start.

Do we need to build a custom agent?

Often the first useful version is a clear task brief, an existing agent product and a review process. Custom development makes sense when the required connections, controls or repeatability justify it.

Which tools do you teach?

The choice follows your task and approved environment. The learning guide compares ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude and Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Design, personal agents and workflow builders. We check current availability before delivery.

Can you connect agents to our systems?

We scope the specific systems, supported APIs or MCP servers, permissions and data access first. A connection is included only when it is agreed, feasible and authorized.

What happens after handoff?

We name a workflow owner and agree how issues are reported. Ongoing monitoring, model changes, support, additional integrations and maintenance are separate services unless explicitly included in the proposal.

Is the public workshop open for paid registration?

Agent to Outcome is planned as two two-hour working labs. Request cohort details through AI Teachers. Dates, seat price and booking terms will be confirmed before payment; an inquiry does not reserve a seat.

BRING ONE RECURRING RESPONSIBILITY

What could your team
do better with an agent?

Bring the task, the tools you already use and what a good result looks like. We will turn that into a practical scope.
