CUSTOM CURRICULUM / LIVE TRAINING / TEAM ENABLEMENT

Your team needs more
than another AI tool.
They need a way to work.

Build the skills, shared practices and confidence to apply AI to real work. I create custom learning programs from scratch and teach teams how to use what they learn.

CHOOSE THE CAPABILITY YOU WANT TO BUILD

Training with
something useful at the end.

Each track is adapted to your team’s starting skills, business context and approved tools. Combine tracks into a broader program or focus on one priority.

01 / DESIGN

UX Design with AI

For ux designers, researchers and design teams

Your team is trying AI tools, but needs a dependable way to use them in design work.

What your team practices

  • Frame a problem and distinguish research evidence from generated assumptions.
  • Explore concepts, critique flows and build prototypes with AI support.
  • Evaluate usability, accessibility and design quality through human review.
What you leave with

An annotated prototype, research evidence log, evaluation rubric and reusable design workflow.

02 / PRODUCT

AI-Partnered Product Management

For product managers, product leaders and cross-functional teams

Your product team needs more time for judgment, customer understanding and clear priorities.

What your team practices

  • Structure discovery and synthesis without inventing customer evidence.
  • Develop opportunity briefs, compare options and clarify assumptions.
  • Create testable requirements and connect product decisions to measurable outcomes.
What you leave with

An opportunity brief, decision record, experiment plan and team prompt library.

03 / ENGINEERING

From Manual to AI-Enabled Engineering

For developers, engineering managers and technical leads

AI use is inconsistent across the team, and faster code generation alone is not improving delivery.

What your team practices

  • Map planning, implementation, testing, review and documentation workflows.
  • Give AI useful repository context and bounded tasks.
  • Review generated code, verify behavior and keep people accountable for release decisions.
What you leave with

A team workflow playbook, review checklist, pilot implementation and adoption measurement plan.

04 / OPERATIONS

AI Automation for Real Work

For operations, marketing, customer experience and business teams

Repetitive handoffs consume time, while automation ideas never become dependable workflows.

What your team practices

  • Choose a process with a clear owner, stable inputs and a measurable outcome.
  • Design triggers, actions, exception handling and human approval points.
  • Build, test and document a bounded automation using approved tools.
What you leave with

A working pilot or approved prototype, process map, exception log and maintenance guide.

05 / LEADERS & CHAMPIONS

Lead AI Adoption with Confidence

For executives, people leaders and internal ai champions

Your organization has tools, but teams need direction, shared expectations and support.

What your team practices

  • Prioritize use cases by business value, feasibility and review needs.
  • Set role-specific expectations for data handling, output review and escalation.
  • Run a pilot, coach champions and measure whether the new behavior lasts.
What you leave with

A prioritized adoption roadmap, pilot scorecard, team agreements and champion enablement plan.

BUILT FROM SCRATCH

Your goals.
Your learners.
Your curriculum.

Need an onboarding academy, a technical course, a role-based learning path or a complete internal program? I can develop the program architecture and materials, then teach it or equip your instructors to deliver it.

FLEXIBLE ENGAGEMENTS

Start focused.
Grow the capability.

A WORKSHOP

Align the team.

A focused session around one skill or workflow, with a practical exercise and a clear next action.

Best for a shared starting point.

A COHORT PROGRAM

Practice over time.

A sequence of working sessions, assignments, feedback and office hours that builds toward a capstone.

Best for behavior and skill development.

AN INTERNAL ACADEMY

Make it repeatable.

A complete curriculum, facilitator materials and train-the-trainer support for ongoing internal delivery.

Best for onboarding and sustained adoption.

A PROGRAM BLUEPRINT / SIX-WEEK TEAM PILOT

Learn it.
Use it.
Review what changed.

An adaptable starting structure for a team program. Scope and duration follow your needs.

  1. Week 1Assess the current workflow and define the learning goal.
  2. Week 2Practice the core skill with guided exercises.
  3. Week 3Apply it to a bounded team use case.
  4. Week 4Review quality, exceptions and human decisions.
  5. Week 5Improve the work and document the team’s approach.
  6. Week 6Demonstrate the outcome and agree on the adoption plan.

KEEP THE LEARNING WORKING

Support after
the session ends.

Add workflow assessment, manager enablement, train-the-trainer sessions or office hours to help the program become part of how the team works.

Before

Agree on the baseline and define a task the learner should be able to perform.

During

Review work against a rubric and give learners a chance to improve it.

After

Check application, adoption, work quality and the next support the team needs.

Before we start.

Can you build an entire program from scratch?

Yes. We start with the business goal, learner roles and current skills, then scope the curriculum, sessions, exercises, assessment and facilitator materials. The program can be built for delivery by Ashley or for your internal instructors.

Can you teach a focused workshop instead?

Yes. Start with one role, one workflow and one useful outcome. A workshop can stand alone or become the first module in a longer learning path.

Will the training use our actual tools and work?

The program is designed around your approved tools and relevant work scenarios. We agree on suitable data and materials before sessions, and can use sanitized or synthetic exercises when needed.

How do you measure whether the training worked?

Define the intended skill and baseline first. Use practical assignments and a rubric during the program, then review adoption and work quality at an agreed follow-up. Completion and satisfaction are useful signals; demonstrated ability and application are the stronger evidence.

What does a program cost?

Pricing follows the agreed scope: discovery, curriculum depth, cohort size, delivery format, customization and follow-up. A scoping conversation produces a proposal with deliverables, timing and a clear price.

LET’S BUILD YOUR PROGRAM

What should your team
be able to do next?

Bring the roles you want to support, the work you want to improve and your timing. We’ll turn that into a clear training scope.
