The customer has no clear action. The team has no named owner for the next reply.
Leads to Bookings · $997 fixed price
Turn more of the inquiries you already get into booked conversations.
Stop losing interested customers to missed replies, unclear next steps, and slow booking handoffs. We trace one inquiry-to-booking journey and implement one practical improvement to your response, follow-up, or booking using the tools you already have. $997 paid in full.
One journey. One agreed improvement. Preparation, a working session, implementation, and a written handoff.

See one possible fix
An inquiry comes in.
Make the next step clear.
For a service business, the problem may be the handoff between “I’m interested” and a booked conversation. Here’s what one focused improvement could look like.
We change: one existing inquiry-to-booking handoff.
We check: the response, booking link and person responsible.
You watch: qualified inquiries that book within 7 days.
- Trace the starting point. Use an approved test inquiry or a de-identified past example. Record the confirmation, who received it and where the booking step appeared.
- Agree one change. For this example, improve the response template and name its owner. Write the finish line before changing a form or automation.
- Check the full path. Test successful and failed submissions, the reply destination, the mobile calendar and the confirmation. A booking-link click is not a confirmed appointment.
- Keep a cohort record. For qualified inquiries received in a defined week, record which book within seven days. Wait until every inquiry has had its full seven-day window before comparing weeks.
- Review the evidence. Record the number of qualified inquiries and bookings together. If volume is small or the mix changed, keep collecting observations rather than calling a fluctuation a lift.
Illustrative scenario, not a client result or a promised increase. Use approved, minimum-necessary data; do not put customer details into public analytics. The actual fix follows your evidence and the scope we agree.
Recognize the leak. See a possible fix.
Good leads. Lost bookings.
Where’s the leak?
A lead leak is a point where an interested person gets stuck, loses confidence or drops out before the next useful step. It can happen even when your marketing is bringing in the right people.
These are eight possible starting points. Your $997 Leads to Bookings session includes one agreed improvement. We use your evidence to choose it and confirm that it fits your existing tools and working session.
The inquiry never reaches the team
The form looks successful, but its notification goes to an old inbox or fails silently.
Correct one existing form notification or recipient setting and test a submission.
What you receive & measure
You keep: The corrected setting, a test-submission record and instructions for checking delivery.
Watch: Test submissions received by the intended owner.
You chase the same missing details
Every reply starts with “Which service?” or “Where are you based?” before anyone can help.
Adjust the essential fields and helper text on one inquiry form without making it longer than necessary.
What you receive & measure
You keep: An updated form, field-by-field rationale and a mobile completion check.
Watch: Inquiries with the information needed for the next decision.
Everyone assumes someone else replied
A new lead sits in a shared inbox because no one owns the first response.
Set one assignment or reminder rule using the inbox or CRM you already have.
What you receive & measure
You keep: A checked rule, named owner and backup, and a short operating note.
Watch: Time to the first useful human response.
“We’ll be in touch” becomes a dead end
An interested customer receives a vague confirmation with no clear next step.
Improve one confirmation or first-response template with a useful action and an email alternative.
What you receive & measure
You keep: Approved, editable copy installed in the existing handoff, plus a tested booking link.
Watch: Qualified inquiries that book within seven days.
Booking takes too much back-and-forth
The calendar link is hard to find, opens the wrong appointment or is awkward on a phone.
Repair one existing booking handoff: its link, appointment description or calendar setting.
What you receive & measure
You keep: The corrected booking step, a mobile check and maintenance instructions.
Watch: Confirmed appointments from qualified inquiries.
A warm lead goes quiet
A requested quote or useful reply gets sent, but there is no agreed next contact.
Create one appropriate follow-up message and one reminder in the existing workflow.
What you receive & measure
You keep: An editable follow-up, its owner and timing, and clear stop rules.
Watch: Useful replies to that follow-up, with opt-outs recorded.
The call starts with the wrong expectations
People book without knowing who the service is for, what is included or what happens on the call.
Clarify one offer-and-CTA section or appointment description with fit, scope and next-step details.
What you receive & measure
You keep: Approved before-and-after copy published in the agreed location.
Watch: Qualified bookings, checked alongside total bookings.
Clicks look like bookings in your reports
A booking-link click is counted as a completed appointment, hiding where people stop.
Correct one conversion event or reporting definition where your existing tools support it.
What you receive & measure
You keep: An event definition, verification record and a scorecard with the correct denominator.
Watch: Recorded completions reconciled with the booking system.
These are illustrative scenarios. We confirm the cause before choosing a fix; a slow booking rate alone does not tell us which step is responsible.

FAQ
Questions before you start.
Is this just an audit?
No. We identify the priority problem, agree on one focused improvement, work on it with you, and define what to measure next.
What happens before the session?
After checkout, share one business goal, the journey URL, the data you have, and the person who can approve changes. Share only the minimum access needed; never email passwords. Ashley reviews the material and confirms the session date and a feasible scope with you. If you are unsure about fit, book the free 15-minute call first.
What counts as one improvement?
One bounded change to one journey: for example, one inquiry form, a first-response template, a follow-up reminder, a booking handoff, or one booking conversion event. We agree the finish line before implementation. A full website, CRM migration, custom integration, campaign production, ongoing ad management, and multiple journeys are separate projects.
When do I get the work?
After intake and access are ready, we agree the session date and written-handoff date before implementation. The working session includes the agreed change and a check of the customer path. Your handoff records the diagnosis, delivered work, measurement plan, and next steps. The 7-day clarification window starts when the handoff is delivered. The 30-day plan does not include ongoing monitoring or an additional review session.
What if I do not have reliable analytics?
We use the evidence available and label assumptions clearly. If missing measurement is the priority problem, the agreed fix may be one measurement step. We will not invent a baseline or claim a conversion lift without evidence.
Can I pay in two installments?
Yes. Choose 2 payments of $525 at checkout: $525 today and $525 invoiced 30 days later ($1,050 total). Paying in full is $997.
What if you don’t find anything worth fixing?
If I can’t identify a meaningful problem in your inquiry-to-booking journey that’s worth addressing, I’ll refund your payment.
Do you guarantee more revenue?
No. The promise is a meaningful diagnosis, one useful improvement, and a clear measurement plan — not an irresponsible revenue guarantee.
Does this fix lead leaks or improve SEO?
Leads to Bookings addresses one supported problem in an existing inquiry journey, such as a missed response or unclear booking step. It does not fix every leak at once. If the main problem is too little relevant discovery, our separately scoped SEO, AEO and GEO service is the better place to discuss ongoing search and AI visibility.
Can Waymaker implement the bigger work?
Yes, but there’s no obligation. Implement the next steps yourself, hand them to your team, or ask Waymaker to scope them.
Find the leak. Fix what matters first.
One priority problem. One agreed improvement. One measurement plan.
